无热化设计是红外光学系统设计的一项重要内容,为了检测无热化设计的效果,提出了一种基于图像处理的红外光学系统无热化设计效果检测方法。利用此方法对被测光学系统进行自动调焦,记录其在不同工作温度下的焦点位置并进行分析,得到被测光学系统在不同温度下的相对离焦量。研制了某型无热化设计效果检测系统,介绍了其系统组成、测量离焦量的工作原理、自动调焦算法和调焦区域的选择,给出了实验结果。还提出了一种基于图像灰度梯度的复合聚焦策略并进行验证。实验结果表明,其调焦速度快,重复性好,精度较高,抗噪声干扰能力强。
Non-thermal design is an important part of infrared optical system design. In order to detect the effect of non-thermal design, a method based on image processing is proposed to detect the effect of non-thermal design of infrared optical system. Using this method, the optical system under test is automatically focused and its focus position at different working temperatures is recorded and analyzed. The relative defocusing power of the optical system under test at different temperatures is obtained. A kind of non-thermal design effect detection system was developed. The system composition, the working principle of measuring the defocus amount, the automatic focusing algorithm and the selection of focusing area were introduced. The experimental results were given. A composite focusing strategy based on gray gradient of image is also proposed and verified. Experimental results show that its focusing speed, repeatability, high accuracy, anti-noise interference ability.
