现今我国液压升降舞台在现代影剧院中的应用越来越普遍,它具有升降平稳、无冲击、运行噪声小、便于随动调节等优点。但由于油缸及液压阀的泄漏,液压升降舞台不便于在某个位置停留很长时间,这种情况同舞台的功能要求是相矛盾的。同时,由于液压泄漏而造成的舞台面倾斜,也影响舞台的正常升降。为了解决这个矛盾,常常需要另行设计一套锁紧机构。一、问题的提出锁紧机构的作用是为了保证舞台能准确停留在预定的位置,不致于因载荷的变化而造成台面沉降和倾斜。在工程实际中它应具有以下几个特点:1.运行可靠;2.操作方
