我院自1981～1986年用高压混合氧(97%O_2加≤3%CO_2)治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜炎90例,疗效比较满意,现报告如下。资料和方法本组90例均经眼科确诊。男性81例,女性9例;年龄20～56岁;单眼78例,双服12例;病程3天～10年。治疗方法为大型加压舱集体治疗,舱内压缩空气加压,2ATA(绝对压)下戴YM6502型供氧面罩接二级呼吸器,呼吸15分钟混合氧,然后减压出舱。每日1次,12次为一疗程,一般2～4疗程为宜,不需间隔休息。治疗前后行
Our hospital from 1981 to 1986 with high pressure mixed oxygen (97% O_2 plus ≤ 3% CO_2) treatment of central serous chorioretinitis in 90 cases, the effect is relatively satisfactory, are as follows. Materials and Methods The group of 90 patients were confirmed by ophthalmology. 81 males and 9 females; aged 20 to 56 years; 78 eyes monocular, 12 cases of double-service; duration of 3 days to 10 years.
