随着染发剂的广泛使用,染发剂对人类健康的影响已日益为国内外学者所关注。早在1975年Ames就提出了染发剂在细菌检测系统中具有致突变性,动物致癌试验也表明染发剂的某些芳香胺组份在动物致癌实验中具有致癌性,流行病学研究也提示染发剂的使用可能和人类某些肿瘤的发生有关。本文就氧化型染发剂的致突变性和致癌性的研究进展综述
