本文通过试验研究了在沥青中添加S降粘剂后对其基本技术指标的影响,测定了在不同温度、不同S降粘剂掺量条件下的表观粘度,并且根据线性回归的方式拟合方程进而确定出不同沥青胶结料的施工温度。最终,依据此施工温度进行沥青混合料性能的检验,结果表明,掺加一定量的S降粘剂能够显著降低施工温度,当在低温区进行施工时,要严格控制S的掺量,以免对混合料路用性能产生负面影响。
In this paper, we studied the influence of S viscosity reducing agent on the basic technical indexes of the asphalt, and measured the apparent viscosity under the conditions of different temperature and different S viscosity reducer, and fitted it according to the way of linear regression The equation then determines the construction temperature for different asphalt binders. Finally, the performance of asphalt mixture is tested according to the construction temperature. The results show that adding a certain amount of S viscosity reducing agent can significantly reduce the construction temperature.
