针对工业生产过程中结垢的问题,采用超声波除垢法对其进行除垢。为了深入了解超声波除垢的方法,分析了超声波除垢的机理,总结了超声波参数、换热介质参数和换热器参数等因素对超声波除垢效率的影响。这些为实际指导超声波除垢的各参数选择提供依据。同时,也指出进一步提高超声波除垢效率的途径是深入研究空化的机理和从多参数协同的角度研究对除垢效率的影响。
Aiming at the problem of scale formation in industrial production, descaling is carried out by ultrasonic cleaning method. In order to understand the method of ultrasonic descaling, the mechanism of ultrasonic descaling was analyzed. The effects of ultrasonic parameters, heat transfer medium parameters and heat exchanger parameters on the ultrasonic descaling efficiency were summarized. These provide the basis for the actual choice of ultrasonic cleaning parameters. At the same time, it is pointed out that the way to further improve the efficiency of ultrasonic descaling is to further study the mechanism of cavitation and to study the effect on descaling efficiency from the perspective of multi-parameter synergy.
