增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）的表达，能有效反映细胞增殖功能。本文通过对胃炎、胃粘膜上皮异型增生、早期胃癌和中晚期胃癌各１０例，共４０例用ＡＢＣ法作ＰＣＮＡ和ＣＥＡ两种免疫标记。发现ＰＣＮＡ的阳性表达，在胃炎、上皮异型增生、早期胃癌和中晚胃癌中呈明显递增趋势，并与ＣＥＡ的表达成正相关。可作为上述胃粘膜上皮病变诊断和分类的综合性指标之一，并有助于指导临床治疗和估计肿瘤的恶性潜能，以判断预后。
Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression can effectively reflect cell proliferation. In this paper, 10 cases of gastritis, gastric epithelial dysplasia, early gastric cancer, and middle-late gastric cancer were performed. A total of 40 cases were evaluated by ABC method for PCNA and CEA. The positive expression of PCNA was found to have an increasing tendency in gastritis, epithelial dysplasia, early gastric cancer and middle-late gastric cancer, and was positively correlated with the expression of CEA. It can be used as one of the comprehensive indicators for the diagnosis and classification of gastric epithelial lesions mentioned above, and it can help guide clinical treatment and estimate the malignant potential of tumors to determine the prognosis.
