目的探讨syndecan-2和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选择临床确诊的60例I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织作为研究组,选取同期60例正常子宫内膜组织为对照组,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测两组syndecan-2和E-cadherin的表达,并分析其与研究组临床病理参数的关系。结果研究组syndecan-2和E-cadherin的阳性表达率分别为28.33%和45.00%,低于对照组的100.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织中syndecan-2的阳性表达与国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),E-cadherin的阳性表达与组织学分级、FIGO分期、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05),且syndecan-2表达与E-cadherin表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.719,P<0.05)。结论 syndecan-2和E-cadherin在I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织中异常表达,两者相互作用,影响I型子宫内膜样腺癌的发生及发展。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of syndecan-2 and E-cadherin in type I endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods Sixty cases of type I endometrial adenocarcinoma clinically diagnosed were selected as the study group and 60 cases of normal endometrium were selected as the control group. The expression of syndecan-2 and E-cadherin in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemical SP method Expression, and analysis of the relationship between the clinical and pathological parameters of the study group. Results The positive rates of syndecan-2 and E-cadherin in the study group were 28.33% and 45.00%, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (100.00%, P <0.05). The positive expression of syndecan-2 in type I endometrioid adenocarcinoma was positively correlated with FIGO staging, the depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive expression of E-cadherin was correlated with the expression of syndecan- There was a negative correlation between the grade of esophageal cancer, FIGO stage, depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of syndecan-2 was negatively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin (r = -0.719, P <0.05). Conclusions Syndecan-2 and E-cadherin are abnormally expressed in type I endometrioid adenocarcinoma and their interaction may affect the occurrence and development of type I endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
