长期以来我国东南地区能源供应形势很紧张。在这些地区建造核电站可能是缓解能源供应紧张局面的重要途径。为此需要比较一下在这些地区建造核电站和煤电站的经济性。本文利用新近的经济数据和电力部1982年颁布的电力工程项目方案经济比较标准作了这种比较。我们发现,在完全掌握核电站建造技术后,自建的100万千瓦核电站的经济性优于同功率煤电站,而30万千瓦和12.5万千瓦核电站的经济性则不如煤电站。
For a long time, the situation of energy supply in southeast China is very tense. Building nuclear power plants in these areas may be an important way to ease the energy supply tensions. To do this, one needs to compare the economics of building nuclear power plants and coal plants in these areas. This article uses recent economic data and the Department of Electric Power promulgated in 1982, the power project comparison program of economic standards made such a comparison. We found that after fully mastering the construction technology of nuclear power plants, the self-built 100-megawatt nuclear power plant is more economical than the same-power coal-fired power plant, while the 300,000-kilowatt and 125-kilowatt nuclear power plants are not as economical as coal-fired power plants.
