目的:探讨不同对比剂用量及注射速率情况下,多层螺旋CT脑血管成像的应用效果。资料与方法:将96例体重指数18.5~22.9的可疑脑血管病变患者随机分为A组、B组、C组3组(每组32例)。A组:注射对比剂75mL后用25mL生理盐水冲刷,速率4.5mL·s-1;B组:注射对比剂50mL后用40mL生理盐水冲刷,速率4.5mL·s-1;C组:注射对比剂50mL后用40mL生理盐水冲刷,速率4.0mL·s-1。测量颅内段颈内动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉的CT值,同时评价血管显示的效果。结果:3种注射方案动脉的平均强化程度差异之间无统计学意义,A组与B组,A组与C组重组血管清晰度差异无统计学意义。结论:行脑血管MSCTA在能够获得满足检查要求的图像效果的前提下,可以适当降低对比剂用量及注射速率。
Objective: To investigate the effect of multi-slice spiral CT angiography under different contrast medium dosage and injection rate. Materials and Methods: A total of 96 patients with suspected cerebrovascular disease with a body mass index of 18.5-22.9 were randomly divided into three groups: group A, group B and group C (32 in each group). Group A: After the contrast agent was injected into 75mL, it was washed with 25mL physiological saline at a rate of 4.5mL · s-1; Group B: 50mL contrast medium was washed with 40mL saline, the rate was 4.5mL · s-1; Group C: 50mL rinse with 40mL saline, the rate of 4.0mL · s-1. Measurement of intracranial internal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery CT value, while assessing the effect of vascular display. Results: There was no significant difference in the average intensification of arteries between the three kinds of injection regimens. There was no significant difference in the clarity of recombinant blood between A group and B group, A group and C group. Conclusion: Cerebral vascular MSCTA can reduce the amount of contrast medium and injection rate under the precondition that the images can meet the inspection requirements.
