由于劳动力市场日趋完善,在价值规律的作用下,员工跳槽已成为时下职场中一道眩目的风景线,不少企业高层及人力资源经理如临大敌,设置重重障碍防范员工跳槽。根据多年人力资源从业经验,笔者认为:在完全充分的劳动力市场下,员工跳槽应该是人才流动的必然规律,竞争对手挖角不能成为人力资源经理诉苦的理由。HR要从专业角度出发,从企业自身管理着手,反思人力资源管理体系、流程和制度执行方面的不足,寻求防范员工跳槽的应对良策。
Due to the increasingly perfect labor market, under the influence of the law of value, employee turnover has become a dazzling landscape in the workplace. Many high-level executives and human resource managers are faced with numerous obstacles to prevent their employees from changing jobs. Based on many years of human resources experience, I believe that: In a fully-fledged labor market, employee turnover should be the inevitable law of the flow of talent, competitors can not become the corner of the human resources manager complained of reasons. HR from a professional point of view, starting from the management of their own businesses, to reflect on human resources management system, processes and implementation of the system deficiencies, to find ways to prevent staff from job-hopping.
