2014年3月,萧山检验检疫局邮件监管现场办公室从一件来自日本的邮包中,截获20余株用报纸包裹的多肉植物。经浙江省检验检疫科学技术研究院的技术人员鉴定,这些多肉植物中有5种、10株是濒危植物,其中花笼、龟甲牡丹、龙角牡丹为CTIES公约附录Ⅰ的植物,十分稀有和珍贵,严禁进行进出口贸易。花笼、龙角牡丹为近年全国口岸首次截获。乌羽玉、银冠玉为CTIES公约附录Ⅱ的植物,同样十分珍贵。技术人员还从这些植物中截获了尖孢镰刀菌、原杆属线虫、曲霉属、青霉属、根霉属真菌等有害生
