【目的】观察舌针加综合干预对治疗孤独症的疗效,为临床治疗狐独症提供依据。【方法】对38例狐独症患儿随机分成两组,于治疗前及治疗满半年后分别进行心理教育量表评估,对照组采用综合干预,治疗组舌针加综合干预。【结果】结果显示治疗组在模仿、手眼协调、认知理解、认知表达和发展分数上较对照组进步明显,有统计学意义。【结论】舌针加综合训练可提高孤独症患儿疗效。
【Objective】 To observe the curative effect of tongue acupuncture combined with comprehensive intervention on the treatment of autism and provide basis for clinical treatment of fox. 【Methods】 Thirty-eight children with autism were randomly divided into two groups. Before the treatment and six months after the treatment, psychological education scale was assessed respectively. The control group received comprehensive intervention and the tongue of the treatment group combined with comprehensive intervention. 【Results】 The results showed that the treatment group in the imitation, hand-eye coordination, cognitive comprehension, cognitive expression and development score than the control group progress significantly, statistically significant. 【Conclusion】 Tongue acupuncture combined with comprehensive training can improve the efficacy of children with autism.
