无能B细胞是通过克隆无能达到免疫耐受的B淋巴细胞亚群。无能B细胞通过BCR表达水平下降、BCR信号通路改变、寿命缩短等方式维持免疫耐受,其功能受辅助性T细胞、Treg细胞、固有免疫、催乳素等因素调节。但无能B细胞的免疫耐受状态具有可逆性。越来越多的研究证明无能B细胞在SLE、RA等多种自身免疫性疾病中发挥了重要作用。
Incompetent B cells are subsets of B lymphocytes that are impatient to achieve immune tolerance by cloning. Incompetent B cells maintain immune tolerance by decreasing the expression of BCR, changing the BCR signaling pathway and shortening the lifespan, and their functions are regulated by helper T cells, Treg cells, innate immunity, prolactin and other factors. However, the immune tolerance of impotent B cells is reversible. More and more studies have shown that impotent B cells play an important role in many autoimmune diseases such as SLE and RA.
