针对波形钢腹板异步施工过程中位移变化复杂的问题,结合有限元软件Midas的整体结构分析和Ansys局部细化分析,讨论了关键阶段异步施工过程中波形钢腹板梁控制位置的位移变化趋势。提出了针对波形钢腹板施工的位移监控方法。以主跨为130m的波形钢腹板PC梁桥为工程实例,采用该文提出的新方法,结合现场实测数据,验证了该方法的可行性。研究表明:在施工位移控制过程中,对于复杂的钢混结构,需要建立精确的局部模型来校正整体模型。
Aiming at the problem that the displacement of the corrugated steel webs is complicated during the asynchronous construction process, the displacement of the control position of the corrugated steel web girder in the key phase during asynchronous construction is discussed with the structural analysis of the finite element software Midas and the detailed analysis of Ansys. . A displacement monitoring method for corrugated steel web construction is proposed. Taking the PC girder bridge with corrugated steel webs as the main span of 130m as an example, the feasibility of this method is verified with the new method proposed in this paper and field measured data. The research shows that in the process of construction displacement control, for the complicated steel structure, an accurate local model needs to be established to correct the overall model.
