目的研究急性脑硬死患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性与自由基损伤和尿类洋地黄物质含量变化的相关性。方法测定 35例急性脑梗死患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性、血浆MDA含量、红细胞SOD活性及尿类洋地黄物质的含量 ,并与 2 0例健康体检者作比较。结果急性脑梗死患者的红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶活性均降低 ,而血浆MDA含量升高 ,红细胞SOD活性下降 ,尿类洋地黄物质的排泄增加。结论急性脑梗死患者存在红细胞膜受体受损和自由基损伤及内源性类洋地黄物质的异常分泌。
Objective To study the correlation between the activity of erythrocyte membrane ATPase and the changes of free radical damage and urine digitalis in patients with acute cerebral. Methods Erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity, plasma MDA, erythrocyte SOD activity and content of digitalis in urine of 35 patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured and compared with 20 healthy subjects. Results The activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane were decreased in patients with acute cerebral infarction. However, the content of MDA in plasma increased and the activity of SOD in erythrocytes decreased and the excretion of digitalis in urine increased. Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction have impaired erythrocyte membrane receptor and free radical damage and abnormal secretion of endogenous digitalis materials.
