静止喷嘴膨胀机(SJE)是新型膨胀机(又称热分离器)中具有广泛应用价值的一种简易、可靠的型式。本文以大量试验为基础,研究了直接影响SJE运行性能的流体振荡特性。指出:SJE运行时,仅出现低频和高频两种振荡状态,其低频是变压管固有频率,高频则是系统中噪音频率;理论分析与实测数据吻合良好;同时指出:低频和高频之间压力跃迁点以及跃迁前、后、低、高频频率受共鸣管长度、变压管长度、位差、控制通道宽度等因素影响。
The stationary nozzle expander (SJE) is a simple, reliable version of the new expander (aka thermal separator) with a wide range of applications. Based on a large number of experiments, this paper studies the fluid oscillation characteristics that directly affect the performance of SJE. It is pointed out that when SJE is in operation, only two low-frequency and high-frequency oscillations occur. The low frequency is the natural frequency of the transformer and the high frequency is the noise frequency in the system. The theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the measured data. Pressure transition point and the transition before and after the low and high frequency by the resonance tube length, transformer tube length, the difference between the control channel width and other factors.
