从理论上证明了色谱测有限浓度活度系数的两种理论模型——理论板模型和讯号传播模型——尽管考虑问题的角度有所不同,实质上是一致的,前者是后者在忽略柱内压力梯度时的特殊形式。在此基础上提出了一个新计算公式。根据八个二元系实验数据,证明将Q回归成Y的线性函数进行数据处理,不但可简化与加速求解过程,且提高了精度。结果表明,新公式优于理论板模型公式。
It is theoretically proved that the two theoretical models of the activity coefficient for the limited concentration of chromatographic determination, the theoretical plate model and the signal propagation model, are basically the same although the perspective of considering the problem is different. The former is the latter one, Special form of internal pressure gradient. On this basis, a new formula is proposed. Based on the experimental data of eight binary systems, it is proved that the linear regression of Q to Y can be used for data processing, which not only simplifies and accelerates the solving process, but also improves the accuracy. The results show that the new formula is superior to the theoretical plate model formula.
