目的:探讨高脂血症大鼠模型血清脂类的评价指标。方法:按照大鼠的常规造模方法“猪油、胆固醇、胆盐”配方进行试验并将血脂检测结果与文献报道进行比较分析。结果:发现高脂血症大鼠模型血清脂类变化与模型建立的预期存在差异。和文献一致的是模型大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的升高,但甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)变化存在问题:TG下降或短时间升高后,随着喂饲高脂饲料的时间不断延长,呈不断下降趋势,接近对照组甚至低于对照组TG水平;HDL-C保持在一个较高的水平,与模型要达到的低于正常对照组相反;抗动脉硬化指数(AAI)变化趋势较单纯的HDL-C更利于评价HDL-C的影响。结论:“猪油、胆固醇、胆盐”配方大鼠高血脂模型以高TC、高LDL-C、低AAI作为评价指标比较适合,建议TG不作为该模型中的测定指标。
Objective: To evaluate the serum lipids in hyperlipidemic rat model. Methods: According to the conventional modeling method of rat “lard, cholesterol, bile salt” formula for testing and blood lipid test results were compared with the literature. Results: It was found that there was a difference between the expected changes of serum lipids in hyperlipidemic rats and the established model. Consistent with the literature, elevated serum cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were observed in the model rats, but there were problems with changes in triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein Or short-term increase, with the continuous feeding of high-fat diet time, showing a downward trend, close to the control group or even lower than the control group TG levels; HDL-C remained at a high level, and the model to achieve (P <0.05). The trend of anti-atherosclerosis index (AAI) was more favorable than HDL-C in assessing the effect of HDL-C. Conclusion: The hyperlipidemia model of “Lard, Cholesterol, Bile Salt” formula is suitable for the evaluation of high TC, high LDL-C and low AAI. It is suggested that TG is not used as an indicator in this model.
