近年来,因其机动灵活、施工效率高、输出扭力大及智能性高等特点,旋挖钻在桩基施工中得到了迅速发展,但旋挖钻在国内大范围应用时间尚不长,较多施工技术、工艺标准尚需总结研究。襄阳汉江五桥桥位覆盖较厚砂卵石层,特别是其洲上引桥地表、河床覆盖有10~15m的松散细砂层,成孔难度大,旋挖钻在此类地层施工尚无成熟技术资料可参考。本文基于襄阳汉江五桥洲上引桥松散砂卵石中旋挖钻施工,总结提炼一套旋挖钻在该类地层施工关键技术,为类似工程提供参考借鉴。
