后压浆技术可大幅提高钻孔灌注桩的承载力,为研究钻孔灌注桩采用桩端后压浆技术的承载特性,依托西安咸阳国际机场专用高速公路上的渭河特大桥,采用钻孔灌注桩桩端后压浆技术和常规灌注桩两种不同方法对试验区的桩基进行了现场静载试验,通过单桩竖向静载试验,剖析桩端压浆对桩基侧阻力、端阻力及极限承载力的影响,对桩端后压浆钻孔灌注桩受力特性进行分析,并提出了后压浆单桩极限承载力的计算公式。
After grouting technology can greatly improve the bearing capacity of cast-in-place bored pile. In order to study the bearing characteristics of cast-in-place bored pile with post-end grouting technique and relying on the Weihe Bridge on Xi’an-Xianyang International Airport Expressway, After pile end grouting and conventional bored piles, two different methods were used to carry out on-site static load test on the pile foundation in the test area. Through the vertical static load test of single pile, the effect of pile end grouting on the pile lateral resistance and end resistance And the ultimate bearing capacity, the stress characteristics of post-grouting cast-in-place bored piles are analyzed and the formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of post-grouting single pile is proposed.
