读者服务工作是图书馆的第一线工作,是全馆工作的中心、重心,是联系图书馆与社会的桥梁,是图书馆性质和作用的直接体现。而我们也知道理论是社会实践的基础,他对于社会实践的实施有一个指导作用,那么,读者服务工作的开展也不例外,它也需要读者服务理论的指导。本文就从读者服务理论的定义、读者服务理论的社会实践以及落实读者服务理论的策略等四个方面入手来简要的讨论了一下读者服务理论与实践研究。
Readers’ service is the first line of the library work, is the center of the whole museum work, center of gravity, is the bridge between the library and the community, the direct manifestation of the nature and role of the library. And we also know that theory is the basis of social practice. He has a guiding role in the implementation of social practice. Then, the work of reader service is no exception. It also needs the guidance of reader service theory. This article briefly discusses reader service theory and practice research from four aspects: the definition of reader service theory, the social practice of reader service theory and the strategy of implementing reader service theory.
