随访是医疗服务工作的延伸,是病案管理工作中不可缺的一部分。它不仅有利于医、教、研工作的开展,可以进一步有效的提高医疗质量。本文分析既往随访工作滞后的原因,加深对随访工作重要性的认识。针对口腔医院的专科特点,提出了改进和健全随访工作的方法,设计开发了随访管理系统,将工作变被动为主动,大大提高了随访成功率,并将随访工作与病案管理、科研工作和医院管理相结合取得了初步的成效。
Follow-up is an extension of medical services and an integral part of medical record management.
