研究了江苏产菲律宾蛤仔提取物(RE)对运动小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响。将小鼠随机分为6组,正常组、模型组、阳性组以及低、中、高3个剂量组。小鼠灌胃15 d后,采用小鼠游泳疲劳模型,观察各组小鼠负重游泳时间、不负重游泳后血清乳酸(LA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)指标的差异。结果:高、中剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间明显长于模型组和低剂量组;与模型组相比,3个剂量组小鼠血清乳酸(p<0.01)含量显著降低,且呈剂量依赖性;肌酸激酶(p<0.01)、乳酸脱氢酶(p<0.01)活力均下降,超氧化物歧化酶(p<0.05)活力升高,尿素氮含量仅高剂量有显著性差异。结论:菲律宾蛤仔提取物能提高小鼠运动耐力,加速疲劳的消除。
The effects of Ruditapes philippinarum extract (RE) on the anti-fatigue ability of exercise-induced mice were studied. The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, normal group, model group, positive group and low, medium and high dose groups. After 15 days of intragastric administration, the mouse swimming fatigue model was used to observe the swimming time of mice in each group, and the changes of serum lactic acid (LA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenation Differences of the indexes of enzymes (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). Results: Compared with the model group, the swimming time of mice in high and middle dose groups was significantly longer than that of the model group and the low dose group. Compared with the model group, the serum lactic acid (p <0.01) significantly decreased in a dose - dependent manner in the three dose groups. Creatine kinase (p <0.01), lactate dehydrogenase (p <0.01) activity decreased, superoxide dismutase (p <0.05) activity increased, urea nitrogen content only at high doses were significantly different. Conclusion: Ruditapes philippinarum extract can improve exercise endurance and accelerate the elimination of fatigue in mice.
