目的了解南京市小学教师健康素养水平以及学校健康教育工作现状,为学校健康促进策略提供基础数据和政策建议。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,随机抽取南京市12所小学任课教师共计528名,对他们的健康素养水平开展问卷调查。结果南京市小学教师健康素养的总体水平为44.3%;具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3方面素养的比例分别为28.6%、53.0%和50.0%。在5类健康问题素养中基本医疗素养和慢性病预防素养为24.6%和24.2%。不同学校、年龄、文化程度、教龄、任教学科、是否担任班主任工作的小学教师健康素养差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。学校开设健康教育课的占79.9%。结论南京市小学教师健康素养水平并不高,而作为最具社会示范功能的职业群体,教师健康素养的提升是必要的和紧迫的。
Objective To understand the level of health literacy of primary school teachers in Nanjing and the status quo of school health education so as to provide the basic data and policy recommendations for the school health promotion strategy. Methods A total of 528 teachers from 12 primary schools in Nanjing were selected randomly by multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on their level of health literacy. Results The overall level of health literacy among primary school teachers in Nanjing was 44.3%. The proportions of students with basic knowledge and philosophy, healthy lifestyles and behaviors, and basic skills were 28.6%, 53.0% and 50.0% respectively. Among the five types of health literacy, basic medical literacy and chronic disease prevention literacy were 24.6% and 24.2%. There were significant differences in the health literacy of primary school teachers who served as head teachers in different schools, ages, educational levels, teaching ages and teaching disciplines (all P <0.05). 79.9% of schools have health education classes. Conclusions The level of health literacy of primary school teachers in Nanjing is not high. As the occupational group with the most social demonstration function, the improvement of teacher’s health literacy is necessary and urgent.
