在不同光强处理下,对义安油茶幼苗光合色素含量、叶绿素荧光特性、比叶重、植株的生长特征和生物量分配等指标进行测定分析。结果表明:在光照强度为自然光50%和80%光照下油茶幼苗的植株高度、茎直径和叶面积最大,且与自然光强下的相应指标差异显著,根生物量比及根冠比随着光照强度的减弱显著减小,叶生物量比显著增加;随着光强的加强,义安油茶幼苗叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b,类胡萝卜素以及可溶性糖的含量呈下降趋势;随光强的增强叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fm、ETR呈上升趋势,Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo呈下降趋势。经分析初步认为,自然光下义安油茶幼苗叶片易出现光抑制现象,适当控制光强(约自然光强的50%~80%)对油茶幼苗生长较为适宜。
Under different light intensities, the photosynthetic pigment content, chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics, specific leaf weight, plant growth characteristics and biomass allocation were measured and analyzed.
