女患,55岁。患高血压病20多年,血压常波动在20.0～21.3/13.3～14.7kPa之间,心率在90次/分以上。服异搏定1年后,血压维持在16.0～17.3/9.33～10.7kPa,心率在正常范围内。后因受外界刺激而致情绪不稳定,血压顽固升至22.7/13.3～14.7kPa,心率达90次/分以上,故增加异搏定口服量,从每日120毫克增至200毫克,服药3天后,血压、心率均恢复正常,但患者出现心悸,心电图示:窦性心律,Ⅱ°Ⅱ型窦房阻滞,结性逸搏,即立即减量,由每日
