含多位置损伤板的剩余强度估计对老龄化飞机的安全评估有重要意义。本文提出一种估计含MSD结构剩余强度的系统可靠性模型,该模型将结构看作一个载荷共享并联系统,系统中元件为结构中的韧带,施加在结构上的载荷按等应力原则分担在各个元件上,当有元件失效时,各元件承担的载荷重新分布。基于这一模型,本文采用Monte Carlo方法对MSD结构的失效进行仿真,得出结构剩余强度的概率分布,以50%失效概率的失效载荷为剩余强度估计值,估计结果与实验结果相比,多数算例相对误差在10%左右,优于传统的净截面准则。
The estimation of residual strength with multi-location damage plates is of great importance to the safety assessment of aging aircraft. In this paper, we propose a system reliability model to estimate the residual strength of an MSD structure. The model considers the structure as a load-sharing parallel system. The components in the system are the ligaments in the structure. The load applied on the structure is distributed according to the principle of equal stress Components, when there is a component failure, the load borne by the components redistribution. Based on this model, Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the failure of MSD structure, and the probability distribution of residual strength is obtained. The failure load with 50% failure probability is the residual strength estimation. Compared with the experimental results, The relative error of the example is about 10%, which is better than the traditional net section criterion.
