目的了解电烧伤早期血栓形成的基础。方法分析测定了26例电烧伤早期病人血浆中的某些分子标志物,其中包括:血栓烷素(TXB_2)、血小板表面α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、前列环素(PGI_2)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、纤溶酶原活性(PLG-A)。结果在电烧伤早期 GMP-140及内皮素明显升高(P<0.01),PLG-A 在伤后2周出现了有意义的变化。而 TXB_2和 PGI_2这对平衡关系被打破,出现血栓前状态。结论一项或多项的止血启动的分子标志物的综合性变化都可能参与血栓形成的基础。
Objective To understand the basis of early thrombosis in electric burn. METHODS: Twenty-six patients with early-stage electric burn patients were analyzed for plasma levels of certain molecular markers including thromboxane (TXB_2), platelet-derived alpha-granule membrane protein (GMP-140), prostacyclin (PGI_2), endothelin -1 (ET-1), plasminogen activity (PLG-A). Results The levels of GMP-140 and ET were significantly increased in the early stage of electric burn (P <0.01). PLG-A showed significant changes at 2 weeks after injury. The balance between TXB_2 and PGI_2 was broken and a prethrombotic state occurred. Conclusion One or more of the comprehensive changes in hemostatic-activated molecular markers may be involved in the basis of thrombosis.
