1资料与方法 1.1临床资料29例患者均为2007年9月-2009年12本科门诊患者,男17例,女12例,年龄46～89岁,病程3个月～7年。其中日光性角化病9例,Bowen病7例,BCC6例,其中浅表型BCC4例,结节型基底细胞癌1例,腺样型BCC1例,SCC4例,其中I型SCC1例,II型SCC3例,Paget病3例。皮疹分布于头面部、颈部、躯干及外阴部,无手足部皮损。
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 29 patients were from September 2007 to 2009 12 undergraduate clinics, 17 males and 12 females, aged 46 to 89 years, duration of 3 months to 7 years. There were 9 cases of solar keratosis, 7 cases of Bowen’s disease and 6 cases of BCC, including 4 cases of superficial BCC, 1 case of nodular basal cell carcinoma, 1 case of adenoid BCC and 4 cases of SCC, including 1 case of SCC, 1 case of type II SCC 3 cases, Paget disease in 3 cases. Rash distribution in the head and face, neck, trunk and genitals, no hand or foot lesions.
