砂的粒径分布对砂浆的强度有重要影响。本文研究了砂的粒径分布对地面用水泥基自流平材料的流动度、强度的影响。结果表明,相同流动度下,不同粒径分布时,用水量不同,强度不同。需要一定量的细颗粒填充在粗颗粒的空隙中,使结构密实。砂的粒径分布存在一个最佳值,此时抗折强度和抗压强度最大。
Sand particle size distribution has a significant impact on the strength of mortar. This paper studies the effect of particle size distribution of sand on the fluidity and strength of cement-based self-leveling materials for the ground. The results show that the same fluidity, different particle size distribution, water consumption is different, different intensity. Requires a certain amount of fine particles filled in the coarse particles of the gap, so that the structure compact. Sand particle size distribution there is an optimal value, then the maximum bending strength and compressive strength.
