企业间各种关系是知识转移的主要渠道,知识转移对企业创新绩效具有重要影响。知识和信息通过企业关系获得转移,进而促进企业创新绩效提高是当前中国以中小企业为主的产业集群获得创新的主流路径。本研究基于佛山照明集群实践,构建佛山照明协会正式会员企业的整体网,研究显隐性知识转移到底是在哪些企业关系网络上发生的问题,以及企业在知识转移网的位置对创新绩效的影响。研究发现,显性知识主要是通过关系强度较弱的市场关系进行转移,而隐性知识则是在关系强度较强的社会关系上转移。无论是在显性还是隐性知识转移网络中,中心性对企业产品创新和过程创新都有显著的积极影响,然而,结构洞对企业间知识转移和创新绩效的影响并不显著。
The various relationships among enterprises are the main channels of knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer has an important impact on the innovation performance of enterprises. The transfer of knowledge and information through business relationships and the promotion of innovation performance in enterprises are the main paths for innovation in China’s small and medium-sized industrial clusters. Based on the practice of Foshan Lighting Cluster, this study builds the overall network of official member enterprises of Foshan Lighting Association, and studies the problems that occur in which enterprise relationship networks are hidden tacit knowledge transfer and how the position of knowledge transfer network affects the innovation performance . The study found that explicit knowledge is mainly transferred through weak market relations, while tacit knowledge is transferred in strong social relations. Whether in explicit or implicit knowledge transfer networks, centrality has a significant positive impact on enterprise product innovation and process innovation. However, the impact of structural holes on knowledge transfer and innovation performance among enterprises is not significant.
