运用三维弹塑性有限元法对斯太尔转向节热挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,获得了热挤压成形的载荷和行程的关系曲线,应力、应变和温度的分布信息。在设定工艺参数的情况下,通过模拟结果分析比较得出不同工艺对转向节成形的影响,揭示了热挤压成形过程中的金属流动规律。为实际生产所用工艺方案提供了理论依据。
The three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element method was used to simulate the hot extrusion forming process of Steyr knuckles. The relation curves between load and stroke, stress, strain and temperature distribution were obtained. In the case of setting the process parameters, the influence of different processes on the knuckle forming is analyzed and compared through the simulation results, and the law of metal flow during the hot extrusion forming process is revealed. For the actual production process used to provide a theoretical basis.
