自编工作状态问卷,并选用斯佩克特《工作满意度调查量表》、《你幸福吗——主观幸福感问卷》、肖水源《社会支持评定量表》,对滨州职业学院高职辅导员进行问卷调查,分析其心理健康状况。结果表明高职辅导员对工作的主观情感、岗位匹配性、工作与家庭的冲突、工作满意度等方面存在一些问题,笔者针对存在问题进行思考,并通过分析问题原因提出解决问题的建议。 Self-compiled questionnaire of work status, and select Spector’s “job satisfaction survey”, “Are you happy? Subjective well-being questionnaire”, Xiao water source “social support rating scale”, higher vocational counseling of Binzhou Vocational College Members conducted a questionnaire survey to analyze their mental health status. The result shows that there are some problems in higher vocational counselors’ subjective feelings, job matching, conflict between work and family, job satisfaction and so on. The author thinks about the existing problems and puts forward suggestions to solve the problems by analyzing the causes of the problems.
