目的 了解离异家庭初中生的心理健康状况及其与家庭的态度和评价的关系。方法 采用中学生心理健康评定量表 ( MHT)和自编家庭态度与评价问卷对广东省珠江三角洲地区的 5 79名初中生进行了调查 ,其中离异家庭学生 2 63名 ,完整家庭学生 3 1 6名。结果 离异组和完整组初中生在心理健康总水平上没有显著差异 ,但在孤独倾向和冲动倾向上 ,离异家庭初中生的得分显著高于完整家庭的初中生。同时 ,离异家庭初中生对家庭的态度和评价也与完整组有显著差异 ,离异家庭的初中生明显感到安全感缺乏、得不到父母的及时关怀、对家庭缺乏自豪感等。结论 离异家庭初中生对家庭的态度和评价与其心理健康状况显著相关。
Objective To understand the mental health of junior high school students in divorced families and their relationship with family attitude and evaluation. Methods A total of 5 79 junior high school students in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province were investigated using the Mental Health Assessment Scale (MHT) and Self-Attached Family Attitudes and Evaluation Questionnaire, among which 63 were divorced families and 316 were intact family students . Results Divorced groups and intact group of junior high school students did not show significant differences in overall mental health status. However, in the tendency of loneliness and impulsivity, the score of junior high school students in divorced families was significantly higher than that of junior high school students in intact families. At the same time, the attitude and evaluation of junior high school students to families in divorced families also differed significantly from those in the intact group. Junior high school students in divorced families obviously felt lack of security, lack of timely care of their parents and lack of pride in their families. Conclusion The attitude and evaluation of junior high school students to families in divorced families are significantly related to their mental health status.
