目的:观察茶多酚对关木通致肾损伤保护作用。方法:分别用关木通配伍茶多酚、马兜铃酸灌胃小鼠,观察肾功能变化。结果:灌胃关木通、马兜铃酸小鼠尿素氮、肌酐较对照组升高,且有统计学差异(P<0.01),而茶多酚对关木通致肾损伤有一定保护作用。结论:马兜铃酸与关木通所致肾损伤作用相同,茶多酚能干预关木通对肾损伤作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of tea polyphenols on renal damage induced by Guan Mu Tong. METHODS: The rats were intragastrically infused with tea polyphenols and aristolochic acid respectively to observe the changes of renal function. Results: Compared with the control group, gavage Guan Mu Tong and Aristolochic acid mice had higher levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine than those in the control group (P<0.01). Tea polyphenols had a certain protective effect on renal damage induced by Guan Mu Tong. Conclusion: Aristolochic acid has the same effects as kidney injury caused by Guan Mu Tong. Tea polyphenols can interfere with the effects of Guan Mu Tong on kidney injury.
