矿井排水设备是矿山企业主要的用电设备之一,节能工艺的运用方针,要求在排水设备的设计和使用阶段,都进行能耗估算.本文介绍了作为排水设备主要类型的离心泵的能耗估算方法,以及离心系工况点经修正后的能耗估算方法。并以北乌拉尔铝土矿和斯塔哈诺夫煤炭生产联合公司为例,具体介绍了几种工祝点经修正后的离心泵能耗估算情况.
Mine drainage equipment is one of the major power equipment used by mining enterprises. The application principle of energy-saving technology requires energy consumption estimation during the design and use of drainage equipment. This paper introduces the energy consumption estimation method of the centrifugal pump as the main type of drainage equipment and the revised energy consumption estimation method of the centrifugal system working point. Taking North Ural Bauxite Mine and Stakhanov Coal Production Joint Company as an example, this paper introduces several revised estimates of energy consumption of centrifugal pumps.
