目的评价护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的应用效果。方法从加强护理风险管理前后随机选取两个阶段的患者作为研究对象,其中一组为对照组,住院期间呼吸内科未加强护理风险管理,选取的患者例数为120例;另外一组为管理组,住院期间呼吸内科加强了护理风险管理,选取的患者例数为138例,以护理投诉率、护理缺陷率和患者满意度作为观察指标对两组进行比较。结果管理组的护理投诉率和护理缺陷率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,组间差异具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理中加强护理风险管理很有必要,对于降低护理缺陷率和护理投诉率以及提高患者满意度都意义重大,值得应用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nursing risk management in respiratory care. Methods Patients were randomly selected from two stages before and after intensive care risk management. One group was control group. There was no intensive nursing risk management during residency in residency. The number of patients was 120 and the other group was management group , Respiratory Medicine during hospitalization to strengthen the nursing risk management, the number of patients selected was 138 cases, the rate of nursing complaints, nursing defect rates and patient satisfaction as an index to compare the two groups. Results The rate of nursing complaints and the rate of nursing defects in the management group were lower than those in the control group, and the patients’ satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen nursing risk management in respiratory medical care. It is of great significance to reduce the rate of nursing defects, the rate of nursing complaints and the satisfaction of patients.
