目的分析广西18~65岁城乡居民超重肥胖流行趋势。方法利用1991、1993、1997、2000、2004、2006、2009、2011年“中国健康与营养调查”项目8次追踪调查资料,选取广西城乡地区18~65岁居民为研究对象,分析不同年份、不同性别、不同地区、不同年龄段居民超重肥胖率的流行趋势。结果广西城乡居民BMI指数的均值从1991年的(20.7±2.8)Kg/m2,上升到2011年的(22.3±3.2)Kg/m2,上升了1.6 Kg/m2。超重、肥胖呈逐年上升趋势,超重、肥胖率分别从1991年的7.85%、0.68%,上升到2011年的24.83%、5.49%,21年分别增长了17.0和4.8个百分点,上升幅度分别为216.3%和705.8%,平均每年增长率为5.6%和10.4%;其中男性超重率增幅大于女性,女性的肥胖率高于男性;城镇居民的超重肥胖率高于农村居民,但农村居民的超重肥胖率增幅大于城镇居民。而广西居民的消瘦率呈逐年下降趋势,从1991年的17.93%,下降到2011的10.18%,下降了7.75个百分点,下降幅度76.1%。结论广西城乡居民超重肥胖呈快速增长的势头,应引起相关部门高度重视,及时采取有效控制措施。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of overweight and obesity among urban and rural residents aged 18-65 in Guangxi.
