针对多批次的RTM6-2树脂和G0926 SB 1304 Tc J In J E01 2F织物,对采用低成本真空辅助树脂渗透成形工艺(VARI)制备的该碳纤维复合材料开展了性能验证及评价研究,具体包括:对比分析了三批次的物理性能以及不同环境(温度和湿度)条件下5批次的VARI碳纤维复合材料力学性能,获得了VARI碳纤维复合材料的基本性能数据。这为民用飞机用树脂基复合材料的设计、优化选材以及技术指标的确定、材料规范的制定等奠定了基础,也为其在民用飞机上的应用和适航符合性验证提供了一定的依据。
For multi-batch RTM6-2 resin and G0926 SB 1304 Tc J In J E01 2F fabric, performance verification and evaluation studies on the carbon fiber composite prepared by the low-cost vacuum assisted resin infiltration forming (VARI) process include: The mechanical properties of five batches of VARI carbon fiber composites under different environmental (temperature and humidity) conditions were compared and analyzed for three batches of physical properties and the basic performance data of VARI carbon fiber composites were obtained. This laid the foundation for the design, optimization and material selection of the resin-based composite materials for civil aircraft, the determination of technical indicators, the formulation of material specifications, etc. It also provided some evidences for its application in civil aircraft and airworthiness compliance verification.
