根据近期国家计委下发的调价通知,从9月9日起,各地柴油零售中准价比上月下调了100元/吨,而汽油零售中准价保持不变,全国各中心城市平均汽油、柴油零售中准价分别调整为3083元/吨和2982元/吨。石油、石化两大集团在此基础上上浮5%执行(乌市上浮3%、伊犁上浮4%)。批发价按在零售价基础上倒扣5.5％的批零差率执行。8月下旬以来,受多种因素影响,新加坡市场汽油价格继续稳步攀升,柴油价格仍旧在29美元/桶左右小幅度振动。综合各方面的判断,预计近期汽油和柴油价格将大体维持在目前的价位或略呈上涨的态势。因此,10月份国内汽油和柴油零售中准价将有明显增长,其中汽油上调幅度可能超过300元/吨,柴油上调幅度也有可能接近100元/吨。
