以“美国大速生”生菜为试材,采用营养液水培试验方法,对不同氮浓度水平下的生菜叶片全氮含量和叶绿素与叶片光谱反射率的相关性进行分析,以研究高光谱技术应用于叶菜类蔬菜的营养监测的可行性。结果表明:光谱反射率数据呈单峰曲线状并且随叶片氮浓度增加而增大;在生菜的生长过程中叶片光谱反射率、叶绿素含量、全氮三者具有显著线性相关关系;叶绿素含量在光谱技术中能够指示叶片全氮量的多少,利用可见光区域叶片最大光谱反射率可以实现反演生菜叶片全氮含量和叶绿素含量。
Using “American Speed ??” lettuce as the test material, the nutrient solution hydroponics test method was used to analyze the correlation between the total nitrogen content of lettuce leaves and the spectral reflectance of chlorophyll and leaf under different nitrogen concentration levels to study the effects of hyperspectral Feasibility of Applying Techniques to Nutritional Monitoring of Leafy Vegetables.
