研究了纯钛丝材冷拉变形量及退火对组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:纯钛坯料在α区温度进行30%~40%变形,随后在600~800℃退火能矫正过热组织;对于冷拉纯钛坯料,经过一定变形量的加工后采用600~800℃的退火处理,材料能够得到彻底软化,基本接近坯料力学性能;从两种试验方法的金相组织和数据比较中可以发现,当φ6.0mm热轧态纯钛坯料冷拉至φ4.0 mm即累积变形量达到55.56%后进行中间退火随后继续变形,材料的性能较为稳定。
The effects of cold drawing deformation and annealing on microstructure and mechanical properties of pure titanium wire were studied. The results show that the pure titanium blank can be deformed by 30% ~ 40% in the α region and then annealed at 600 ~ 800 ℃, the overheated microstructure can be corrected.
