食品科学自创始以来,已经有着悠久的历史文化,而人类的发展史也就是食品科学的发展史,人类的生存更离不开食品。人们的日常生活和饮食文化都依附于食品科学来发展。它是人类生存的前提和基础,也影响了社会的进步。直到今天食品科学的发展仍然是社会发展的主题,并且人们对食品的研究和开发有了更进一步的了解。更多的开始关注食品的健康、卫生和营养问题。所以本文就食品科学的发展现状和新形势下食品科学的发展模式进行分析,希望对完善、发展食品科学对出一定贡献。
Food Science since its inception, already has a long history and culture, and the history of human development is the history of the development of food science, human survival can not do without food. People’s daily life and food culture are dependent on food science to develop. It is the precondition and foundation of human existence, and it also affects the progress of society. Until today, the development of food science is still the theme of social development, and people have a better understanding of food research and development.
