利用2kW 的CO2 激光器在16Mn 钢表面激光熔覆(WC+ SiC)/Ni基复合涂层,对熔覆层中的界面组织、显微硬度的分布及耐磨性作了分析,同时也分析了涂层合金元素中添加稀土元素对涂层性能的影响。
The laser cladding (WC + SiC) / Ni-based composite coating on 16Mn steel with 2kW CO2 laser was used to analyze the interface microstructure, distribution of microhardness and wear resistance of the cladding layer.
