目前,我国的碳排放主要由火力发电,消耗煤炭而产生。与欧美日等发达国家相比,我国的石油消耗比重较低,而且,当前我国的千人汽车保有量仍然较低,所以,汽车的减排责任看似不大。但是,从汽车普及进程角度看,随着我国经济的发展,人均GDP的增长,2020年,我国的千人汽车保有量或许就会达到现在欧美日等发达国家的水平,汽车消耗能源所产生的碳排放也会大大增加,因此,需要用发展的眼光看汽车在中国减排目标中的重要性。
At present, China’s carbon emissions are mainly generated by thermal power generation and consumption of coal. Compared with the developed countries such as Europe, the United States and Japan, the proportion of China’s oil consumption is relatively low. Moreover, at present, the car ownership of thousands of people in our country is still low, therefore, the responsibility of reducing emissions of automobiles seems insignificant. However, from the point of view of automobile popularization, with the economic development of our country and the growth of per capita GDP, the car ownership of a thousand people in our country may reach the level of the developed countries such as Europe, the United States, Japan and Japan by 2020, Carbon emissions will also increase significantly, so the need to use the development vision of the car in China’s emission reduction goals of importance.
