家族成员从企业经营决策中陆续退出,事实上是家族企业由业主制这样一种简单组织形式不断向现代企业制度转化的过程,也即企业在全社会范围内整合资源、利用资源能力不断提高的过程。从世界范围来看,已有不少的家族企业顺利地转变为以契约和财产为基础的社会企业。退出机制建立得越早,转型的阻力也就越小,越柔和自然。笔者认为建立家族成员退出机制应注意以下几个问题:
Family members gradually exit from the business decision-making, in fact, the family business by the owner of such a simple organizational form of continuous transformation of the modern enterprise system process, that is, enterprises in the whole society within the integration of resources, the continuous improvement of resource use process. From a global perspective, many family-owned enterprises have successfully transformed themselves into social enterprises based on contracts and property. The earlier the exit mechanism is established, the less resistance the transition will take and the softer and natural it will be. I think the establishment of a family member exit mechanism should pay attention to the following questions:
