为提高塑性强度的测量精度,促进黏土水泥浆的发展,基于塑性强度的测量原理,并针对现有的测量仪器存在的缺陷,研制开发了自动塑性强度测定仪。仪器采用位移传感器进行测量,提高了数据的准确性;实验操作基本实现了自动控制,降低了对操作人员的技术要求。将仪器与手动塑性强度测定仪进行了对比测试,实验结果表明:自动塑性强度测定仪具有较强的实用性;且使用过程中实验误差引起的数据波动小。仪器参数和实验方法为塑性强度测量实验规程的制定提供了参考。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of plasticity and promote the development of clay slurry, based on the measurement principle of plasticity, and in view of the defects existing in measuring instruments, an automatic plasticity tester has been developed. The instrument uses the displacement sensor to measure, improves the data accuracy; The experimental operation basically realized the automatic control, reduced the technical requirement to the operator. The instrument and the manual plasticity Tester were tested, the experimental results show that: automatic plasticity Tester has a strong practical; and the use of experimental data error caused by small fluctuations. Instrument parameters and experimental methods for the determination of plastic strength measurement procedures provided a reference.
