目的探讨纳洛酮在高血压脑出血治疗中的应用及对脑血管动力学参数的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月济源市人民医院收治的高血压脑出血患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组应用显微手术治疗,治疗组患者在显微手术基础上联合使用纳洛酮治疗,对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果治疗组患者总有效率为95.56%,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在脑血管动力学参数对比方面,治疗组患者的平均血流量高于对照组,同时临界压力以及外周阻力低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血治疗中的应用,能够提高治疗有效率,改善患者的脑血管动力学,临床上应当推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of naloxone in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its influence on cerebral vascular parameters. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 90 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Jiyuan People’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group (n = 45), while those in control group were treated with microsurgery.
