镇胜高速公路上某大桥是一座板桁分离的钢桁梁悬索桥,经过多年运营,出现了钢桥面板整体偏移的结构病害,严重影响了桥梁的运营安全性。在针对该大桥自身结构特点分析的基础上,提出了“单点顶推复位法”(方案1)、“多点整体拖拉复位法”(方案2)和“多点同步顶推复位法”(方案3)3种桥面板复位顶推施工方案。通过不同施工方案对主体结构受力影响、复位施工精度、运营连续性影响、施工工期和施工费用等方面的比较分析,确定采用施工方案3作为设计推荐方案。
A bridge on Zhensheng-Shengzhou Expressway is a steel truss suspension bridge separated by slab girders. After many years of operation, the overall structural deformation of the steel bridge slab has occurred, seriously affecting the operational safety of the bridge. Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the bridge itself, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the bridge such as “single point push reduction method” (Scheme 1), “multi - point integral drag reduction method” (Scheme 2) and “ Push reduction method ”(Scheme 3) 3 kinds of deck reset push construction program. Through different construction programs on the impact of the main structure of the force, the reset construction accuracy, the impact of operational continuity, construction period and construction costs and other aspects of comparative analysis to determine the use of construction program 3 as the recommended design.
